The goods must be returned in original condition
. We have 100% inspection on merchandise leaving the warehouse. Returns are
inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and have
all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with snags, rips,
make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in
the item being returned to you.

Contact Phoenixhitech.com within two days (48 hours) of receipt of merchandise.
To request a return you must contact Prom dress.net within two days of
receiving your merchandise. Our company will issue you a Return
Authorization Code Number. You need to have this number clearly marked on the
outside of the package when you return the item. No returns will be
accepted without this code.

We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not
responsible for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping
charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush

All other returns, excluding a manufacturer's defect, are subject to a 20%
restocking fee for regular orders You may return for a different size or color
without restocking fee
but you still pay for shipping charge.

Cancelation: You will not be able to cancel your order if we have already
shipped the item.
We strongly encourage you to wait to order until you know you want the item.

All clearance sales are final - clearance items are not returnable or
exchangeable.

No refunds/returns on orders of 3 or more dresses. Only exchanges are allowed. No Exceptions.
